Authenticator protection
Setup is not complete. Add the manual key to your authenticator app, then enter its six-digit code.
Turn off authenticator protection
New sign-ins will no longer require your authenticator. Existing recovery codes will stop working.
Save your recovery codes.
Each code works once. A replacement set invalidates the previous set. Store them somewhere private; do not send them to support.
Review signed-in sessions.
Revoke a session you no longer recognize or need. Revoking the current session signs you out.
Review security activity.
These are recorded events available to your account. This view does not prove every action or external event was captured.
Rename your workspace.
Take a copy of your account data.
Server account records are separate from browser drafts, project files and downloads. Save those separately. The export must not contain passwords, authenticator secrets, recovery codes or active tokens.
The snapshot includes cloud file metadata, not file bytes. Download contents separately in Cloud files.
Delete your cloudburg account.
Download project edits and browser drafts first. Deletion removes this account’s access; it does not retrieve downloads or erase data already held by other websites.
Delete cloud files and resolve pending uploads or deletions before deleting this account.
