Cloudburg early-release terms · version 2026-10-19
1. Provider and scope
Cloudburg is provided by Rashad Elkersawy, Friedrich-Naumann-Str. 66, 26125 Oldenburg, Germany. Contact: admin@rtwochain.com.
These terms cover the browser tools and the account functions that are actually enabled. Creating an account requires acceptance of these terms. The privacy notice explains processing and is not a marketing consent. No paid contract is concluded through the current release.
2. The current service
Available today: verified accounts, Sign in with Cloudburg, browser project tools, private Cloud files and local drafts. Hosted customer mailboxes, FTP/SFTP, AI processing and campaign sending are not enabled.
The browser project desk is not cloud storage or a backup. Export your work before reload, sign-out or closing. Imported code is not executed or certified safe. Published roadmaps describe development direction, not a guarantee that an unavailable function has been supplied. Account identifiers reserve names; they do not establish a verified person, company, device or skill.
3. Your account and team
Give accurate account information, use an email address you can receive and protect your credentials and recovery messages. Do not share personal account passwords. Create a workspace for an organization only if you are authorized to do so. Workspace ownership does not grant access to the Cloudburg operator’s infrastructure or source repository. Report suspected compromise to the contact above.
4. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in your project files and drafts. Import or edit only content you are entitled to use and disclose. The local tools do not require a transfer of ownership or a public licence to your code. Do not use Cloudburg for unlawful content, unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited bulk messages or bypassing service and security limits.
5. Availability, limits and changes
Observe the limits displayed at each tool. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or provider failures. We may improve the early release and update these terms for future use. Material changes affecting existing account use will be communicated through an appropriate account or contact channel before they apply where required. No uptime or delivery guarantee is stated.
6. Ending use and restrictions
You can stop using the browser tools at any time and delete your account in the security center or contact the operator. Export work and clear local drafts separately. We may restrict misuse or compromised access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Where legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a complaint. Lawful retention duties and rights remain unaffected.
7. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Review changes and drafts before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other statutory liability and consumer rights remain applicable. These terms do not promise fitness for an unqualified production, backup or safety-critical use.
8. Questions and governing law
Contact us about service, content or privacy concerns using the address above. German law applies without removing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their country of habitual residence. No exclusive consumer court is imposed. Consumer-dispute information is in the legal notice.
Private account storage
You authorize Cloudburg and its storage provider to store and deliver the files you explicitly upload as needed for the requested Cloud files function. You retain content rights; uploading does not publish your files or grant a public licence. Observe the displayed limits. Files are immutable in this release; use a new path or delete the old file before replacement. Keep independent copies where needed. Cloudburg does not execute code, extract archives or certify malware safety. FTP/SFTP, public links and workspace sharing are not part of this private-storage release.
Clear cloud files and resolve pending operations before account deletion. A timeout or closed tab does not undo an upload or deletion. Use existing references and status controls instead of repeated new uploads. Active object removal does not immediately erase independent downloads, local work or provider backups.
